Contractual disputes, Trade Practices, Intellectual Property, Industrial accidents, OHSW incidents, Lending /credit advice, asset and security recovery and enforcements and insolvency, bankruptcy and winding up.
Antony Goldfinch
Tony practises mainly in the commercial and property area, including leases, contracts, employment agreements, mining agreements, joint ventures, trusts and general advice and opinions. Tony also practises in the litigious area including mining disputes, contractual disputes, Will and Probate matters, building disputes and general commercial litigation.

Zoe Fuller
Zoe practises in the areas of Property, general Commercial, Trusts, Wills and Estates law.
